A deposit is asked for each reservation. It is equal to 25% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room.

The amount of the deposit is kept if the booking is canceled within 42 days of the expected date of arrival.

if checking out earlier than the excepted date of leaving, the number of booked night will be due as damages.
